About the artist

Ronald Pineau drives across the isolated roads of the south-west states photographing the small towns built by the pioneers of the last century which were deserted in the 70's.

During his road trips across new Mexico and Texas, he collects ancient rodeo buckles made between 1930-1970.

Every piece is unique and hints at the rich history and culture that inspired it's creation, making it a captivating piece of fashion and art combined.
